Verbatim clause

無索償續保折扣 (a) 於任何續保日，一項無索償續保折扣將適用於扣減由續保日開始的保單年度應支付的保費，惟須於以下任何一個緊接續保日前的無索償期間內本公司並沒有就條款及保障（補充文件一第 IV 部分第 1 節的第二索償現金津貼除外）支付任何賠償 – 無索償期間無索償續保折扣比率連續兩(2) 個或三(3)個保單年度百分之五(5%) 連續四(4) 個或五(5)個保單年度百分之十(10%) 連續六(6)個或以上保單年度百分之十五(15%) (b) 無索償續保折扣將相等於由續保日開始的保單年度按條款及保障第六部分第 3(a) – (l)節，以及補充文件一第 III 部分第 2 節及第 IV 部分第 1 節應支付的標準保費及附加保費（如有）乘以以上第 2(a)節所述的任何一(1)個無索償續保折扣比率。 (c) 就計算以上第 2(a)節所述的無索償期間而言，本公司將以招致任何合資格費用的日期來評定該保單年度內是否已經支付任何賠償。 (d) 如已經獲得無索償續保折扣後，本公司於上述第 2(a)節所述的無索償期間內如已經支付任何賠償，本公司將會就支付有關賠償後的所有保單年度，重新計算無索償續保折扣。在本公司的合理要求下，保單持有人須向本公司交還已經扣減的無償續保折扣及實際合資格的無償續保折扣之差額。 9
