VHISGuide has completed its 2026 Q3 Premium Index update. As of 2026-09-30, the index stands at 120.5 (2019 Q2 = 100), up 1.4% quarter on quarter, with a cumulative rise of 20.5% and an annualized increase of 2.61%. This quarter matches 526 plan variants using official premium schedules at the same age and gender. The certified-plan registry saw no new plans, reprices or exits for the whole of August (this site checks the official registry daily). The last wave was AIA's 41-plan reprice in mid-July. As of 2026 Q2, VHIS premiums are up 19.1% cumulatively from the 2019 base, with 522 plans matched this quarter. The climb has accelerated markedly over the past three years.
