無索償折扣 (a) 於任何續保日，一(1)項無索償折扣將適用於扣減由續保日開始的保單年度應支付的保費，惟須於以下任何一個緊接續保日前的無索償期內本公司並沒有就條款及保障支付任何賠償：無索償期無索償折扣率一(1)年 5% 連續兩(2)年 5% 連續三(3)年 10% 連續四(4)年 10% 連續五(5)年或以上 15% (b) 無索償折扣將相等於由續保日開始的保單年度按條款及保障應繳付的標準保費及附加保費（如有）乘以上表所述的任何一(1)個無索償折扣率。 (c) 就釐定無索償折扣而言，條款及保障之任何賠償會按以下計算所屬的保單年度： (i) 如受保人住院，以該次住院的入院日期計算；或 (ii) 如受保人以日症病人身份接受醫療服務，以該次接受醫療服務的日期計算。 (d) 如已經獲得無索償折扣後，本公司就任何過去之保單年度支付任何賠償，本公司將會就支付有關賠償後的所有保單年度，重新計算實際合資格的無索償折扣。在本公司的合理要求下，保單持有人須向本公司交還已經扣減的無索償折扣及重新計算實際合資格的無索償折扣之差額。
