Verbatim clause

無索償折扣（以下第 1 節旨在補充條款及保障第三部分的保費條文。）無索償折扣 1. 在符合以下條件後的每個續保日，本公司將把無索償折扣存放於保單下的保費儲蓄戶口中，自動並僅作為支付本保誠靈活自主醫保計劃日後保費（為免存疑，此包括於該續保日到期之保費）之用，並且不能從戶口中提取： (i) 當本條款及保障在相關續保日之過去連續三十六 (36) 個月內（「有關期間」）一直有效及生效；及 (ii) 當於該相同的有關期間內，本條款及保障並未有任何已付的賠償。儘管以上(ii)所述，受保人於有關期間接受(1)任何指定日間手術或(2)由網絡醫療服務提供者提供的任何日間手術，因而產生有任何按本條款及保障第六部分第3(a)、3(b)、3(f)、3(g)、3(h)或3(k)節及與其於本補充文件第11節（如適用）相應之保障項目已付的賠償，均不會影響無索償折扣的資格。指定日間手術已列明於「保誠靈活自主醫保計劃 – 指定日間手術表」內。無索償折扣是相等於在緊接相關續保日前一年在本保誠靈活自主醫保計劃及額外醫療計劃（如適用）下所支付的總保費（包括標準保費及附加保費（如適用））之15%。就釐定無索償折扣而言，任何按本條款及保障已付的賠償會按以下計算所屬的保單年度： (i) 如受保人住院，以該次住院的入院日期計算；或 (ii) 如受保人以日症病人身份接受醫療服務，以該次接受醫療服務的日期計算。假如在支付無索償折扣後，本公司在其後就任何於有關期間內的保障根據本條款及保障作出應付賠償，無索償折扣將因應相關應付賠償重新計算，及保單持有人須向本公司歸還重新計算的金額及實際已支付予保單持有人的無索償折扣之差額。如未歸還，本公司將以債項形式向保單持有人全數追討有關之款項。
